Tonight the Chef Recommends: Eating Elsewhere

A snapshot taken of the menu hanging up outside a Chinese restaurant near my apartment. Click on the image to see a larger version.

Chinese Menu Small

It all sounds so delicious, I don’t know which one to go for.

The rice crust? Yummy. The best part is the crust.

Undoubtedly the “China stir fries surface” would be delectable. I mean, if it’s a population of like 1.3 billion all stir frying surface, it must be good.

I can certainly say that they’d better whip up a good sand tea chicken if it’s of iron plate. Most places nowadays know that sand tea chicken is best if it’s of earthenware pot.

But in the end I’m going to go with the Plum Chicken Talk About, because I have to admit I’m dying to know what he talks about.

Oh, and maybe I’ll copy some bean curd and paste it on as a side order.

Incidentally, I would spring for some good fortune, but 6.25 seems a little steep to me. Isn’t the going rate like 3 bucks or something?
