Photo of the Day: Pont des Arts, Paris

Thursday, September 20th, 2007

Pont des Arts in Paris, leading into the Louvre’s Cour Carré.

Daylight + f3.2 + 1/160 sec + ISO 400 = WAY overexposed.

But along with the low contrast, it’s got a lead pencil look to it that I like.

Photo of the Day: Oli the Gangster

Wednesday, September 19th, 2007

An older portrait, taken before I had the Canon DSLR.

I went to Oli’s apartment in Barcelona to photograph his girlfriend. Here he is demanding that I give him the #$%$ camera before he bashes my #$%$ skull in.

Photo of the Day: Steffi’s Modeling Warm-up

Sunday, September 16th, 2007

Normally I don’t use any of the first photos taken during a photo shoot, since it often takes 20 or 30 photos for the model just to get “warmed up.” This one was too cute, though.
