POTD: Marina in a White Dress

Today, a promotional poster and the front side of my most recent business card.
I’ve probably taken more photos of Diana than of any other person. Not only is she very generous with her time, she has a kind of exotic beauty that is difficult to find this far southwest in Europe. Perhaps it’s just, as one friend put it, “She’s the only Catalan girl I’ve ever seen with freckles.”
I made up a few post cards about a month ago to test out the services of a new printer in town. This is the front side, with contact information printed in grayscale on the back. The photo, taken in the basement of a restaurant with a pirate motif, is of my gracious hostess during my trip to Lyon last year. The simulated film grain was added in Photoshop to cover up the very real digital grain that came from shooting at ISO 800 in the dimly lit cellar atmosphere.
